Soil Health and Cover Crop Field Day – Kerhonkson, NY

As part of the 2025 New York Soil Health and Climate Resiliency Field Days, join organizers, Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Harvest New York, and Scenic Hudson for a walk-through of different cover crop species and various mixtures.

They’ll explore the benefits of different cover crop species, how cover crops impact soil health, weed suppression, and nutrient dynamics. They’ll also focus on some exciting work to breed better cover crop cultivars.

Farm-fresh treats and cider will be served.

Open to any interested farmers.
