Maryland Cover Crop Showcase

You’re invited to the Cover Crop Showcase at Kings Grant Farm (7029 Quakerneck Rd, Chestertown, MD), a free event featuring cover crop research updates, equipment demonstrations, and a free lunch. There will be interactive drone and cover crop related equipment demonstrations, strip trials showcasing 14 species of summer cover crop, and an interactive soil pit demonstration. Learn about cover crop planning and management and pest management in cover crops; hear the latest results from Maryland “planting green” research trials.

Pesticide and nutrient management credits will be available. Registration required.
